Our team recently had the opportunity to attend the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine Career Fair, where we connected with nearly 100 dental students about their careers, goals, and future in dentistry.
These conversations were a powerful reminder of why connection matters. Every student we met brought their own story, questions, hopes, and curiosity about what comes next. Some were exploring pediatric dentistry for the first time. Others were thinking through where they want to grow, who they want to learn from, and what kind of impact they hope to make for patients and communities.
At Lone Peak Dental Group, we know that a strong career is built through more than a first job. It is shaped through mentorship, hands-on learning, supportive teams, and leaders who believe in helping others grow. That is why events like this are so meaningful. They give us the chance to listen, encourage, and share what makes our mission special.
This event was also a wonderful opportunity to introduce Crystal Barth, our new Recruiting Coordinator, as she steps into her role supporting the growth of our teams and helping future dental professionals connect with opportunities across Lone Peak. Crystal’s presence at the career fair reflects the heart of recruiting at Lone Peak: building relationships, creating clear pathways, and helping students feel seen, supported, and excited about their future.
As we continue to strengthen our recruiting efforts, Crystal will play an important role in helping candidates understand who we are, what we value, and how they can grow with us. Her work helps connect talented future providers with teams that are committed to excellent patient care, collaboration, and continuous learning.
For our doctors and leaders, this is a great reminder that recruitment is not just about filling roles. It is about shaping the future of our profession. Every conversation with a student, resident, or future team member is a chance to share our culture, model our values, and help someone imagine what is possible in their career.
Thank you to Penn Dental Medicine for welcoming us, and thank you to every student who stopped by to meet our team. We are excited for the future of dentistry, and we are grateful to be part of the journey.
Together, we are building strong teams, supporting future leaders, and continuing to transform knowledge into difference-making — one learner, one conversation, and one patient at a time.
