Lone Peak Dental Group Announces New Board Member Appointment

Denver, CO – January 21, 2025 Lone Peak Dental Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Pat Bauer to its Board of Directors.

Pat Bauer brings a wealth of experience to Lone Peak, having been an integral member of Heartland Dental since its early days. With more than 35 years of leadership in dental and healthcare operations management, Pat currently serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Heartland Dental, the largest dental support organization in the United States. In his role, he oversees and manages all operations and day-to-day functions, demonstrating an unwavering commitment to excellence and growth.

Beyond his corporate leadership, Pat is passionate about fostering personal and professional development. He is a certified instructor for the Advanced Achievement Leadership program at the University of North Carolina, where he works alongside Dr. Gerald Bell to inspire the next generation of leaders. Pat graduated from the Minnesota School of Business.
