Lone Peak Dental Group Announces Appointment of Mandy Gast as Chief Development Officer

A high-impact executive in the private equity–backed Management Services Organization space, Gast brings more than a decade of leadership experience spanning financial analytics, practice operations, acquisitions, and de novo expansion across primary care, urgent care, dental, and specialty healthcare.

Most recently, Gast served as Vice President of Business Development at Aesthetic Brokers, where she shaped sell-side transaction strategies and guided negotiations — gaining invaluable insight into what sellers value most when choosing a partner. Prior to that, she served at Dental Care Alliance, where her results-driven leadership propelled her rapidly from Vice President of the Southeast to Senior Vice President of Business Development, overseeing national partnership strategy and regional growth initiatives.

With a track record that includes overseeing $62 million in acquired revenue at Complete Health, Gast has consistently helped organizations scale while preserving clinical quality and culture. Her ability to listen deeply, structure mutually beneficial partnerships, and deliver executable growth strategies provides Lone Peak with a strategic advantage in an increasingly competitive DSO landscape.
